We have several stores of scrap and reclaimed materials, which you are welcome to take from what you need. A cash donation is encouraged, if you want to take something away with you. Please don’t take anything away which you’ll not immediately have a use for, because individual stockpiling is exactly what we are trying to avoid!
- Incomplete lengths of timber, like wall studs (minimum 300mm)
- Offcuts from sheet goods, like plywood (minimum 200x200mm)
- Offcuts of laser-safe plywood (minimum 50x50mm)
- Reclaimed hardwood
- Yarn
- Thread
- Other types of stuff that we will decide on later, based on perceived need and available space. Perhaps cans of paint or hardware like hinges?
When you find that you have items on this list, that you are hoarding with no immediate plans for, please consider putting them into the collection, for someone else to make use of.
