We have our main library in Harper’s Mill in White Cross Business Park in Lancaster, but want to help existing and new community lenders by listing their lendable things on our site. This should save you a lot of time and money to list and promote your things yourself.
You would need to provide us with details about your location, opening times and a list of things (including name, description, hire cost and photos) and we would provide you with barcode stickers for each item and access to an app that you can use to check out and check in your things.
Setting up as a sub-library is free and you’ll get paid out any hire fees each month, unless you want your service to be free. You only need at least 1 thing to lend out and to be accessible for at least one hour per week. You’ll be emaile, beforehand, to warn you when someone will actually be coming to pick up or drop off an item.
